Gayn­dah golf­ing re­sults

A BIG week of Gayn­dah golf was played by 49 play­ers over the Tues­day vets and Thurs­day sporter games.

Gayn­dah Golf Club Cap­tain Steve Gallagher found some fine form and won the Tues­day vets by three strokes. fin­ish­ing on a nett score of 24.

Run­ner up Henry Gow was com­pet­i­tive but fell just short of Gallagher with a nett to­tal score of 27 while Bev Em­mer­ton hot the pin shot on the 14th home, recorded at 0.320 me­ters.

John Mor­gan had the most two putts with six.

The Thurs­day sporter game at­tracted a big group of 38 play­ers who all played well but it was Rhett Bellert who won the day with a score of 33 points.

Bellert fin­ished ahead of joint run­ner’s up Shaun Allen and Bev Em­mer­ton, each post­ing a score of 31 points.

Be­van Young and Rod Ul­coq each fin­ished third on 29 points.
