Brothers off to Sydney
BLACKBUTT brothers Mitch and Jack Argent love competing in front of their home crowd, but the pair will have bigger fish to fry at the Royal Sydney Easter Show.
Competing against each other in the Nanango Show woodchop event on Saturday, the brothers were a measure of calm ahead of arguably the biggest woodchop competition on the calendar.
“We’re headed to Sydney for the Royal Easter Show, there’s five world titles (up for grabs) there and I’m competing in two of them,” Mitch said.
“I’ll be in the underhanded and standing block events. I’ve been training pretty hard for the standing block. I’ve made the final the last two years,” he said.
