◗ FORGET THE NUMBERS: The first thing I would say, it’s the weirdest thing, is don’t focus on weight loss. We talk about zooming out from the scales and focusing on yourself as the whole person.
◗ DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT: If you’ve done five different diets then chances are the sixth one is not gong to work. Doing something different would be doing intuitive eating skills, for example.
