The all-day horse and jump­ing events will also take place. From 9am the more en­ter­tain­ment ori­en­tated events start with a dry work horse chal­lenge, wood chop­ping and chain­saw races and prime cat­tle judg­ing. The horse events will wrap up at 5:30pm. On Sun­day morn­ing start­ing at 7am the cam­p­draft­ing will take place with a mod­est draft of around 60 horses. The rest of the day will fea­ture the bar­rel race, horse sports and stud cat­tle judg­ing from 8am and a ute muster from 10am. 29 MONTO RU­RAL TRADERS YOUNG FARM­ERS CHAL­LENGE 6.30pm at the main arena. $300 prize for the win­ner, $200 run­ner-up. Or­gan­ised a “Hol­ly­wood - A Night with the Stars.” Great evening ex­pected with en­ter­tain­ment, din­ner and danc­ing. Tak­ing place on the night is the judg­ing for the Miss Showgirl and Ru­ral Am­bas­sador with a night of danc­ing and good mu­sic planned for the rest of the evening. This is not a night to miss and ev­ery­one is en­cour­aged to come along and have fun. Tick­ets are $40.
