Ea­gles rep­re­sented on Qld XXXX cans

RUGBY LEAGUE LEAGUE: Th The Eid Eidsvold ld Ea­gles have many rea­sons to cel­e­brate, with the lat­est an­nounce­ment from XXXX and the Queens­land Rugby League.

With the State of Ori­gin only a cou­ple of weeks away, the Eidsvold Ea­gles have been cho­sen along with 11 other rugby league clubs to fea­ture on the XXXX cans.

The 12 teams se­lected will rep­re­sent the word “Queens­lan­der” on more than 45,499,344 lim­ited edi­tion cans and bot­tles of XXXX Gold, XXXX Bit­ter and XXXX Gold Aus­tralian Pale Ale as part of their 27year part­ner­ship with the QRL and XXXX Ma­roons.

XXXX mar­ket­ing man­ager Richard Knight said Ori­gin time was an im­por­tant oc­ca­sion for all Queens­lan­ders.

““Ori­gin is a spe­cial time of year, when Queens­lan­ders across the state unite to loudly cheer on the mighty XXXX Ma­roons,” Knight said.

“This year, for such an im­por­tant oc­ca­sion, we’ve paid homage to the lo­cal clubs where many great play­ers have come from.”

“We may have fea­tured 12 clubs this year, but we reckon these spe­cial cans and bot­tles rep­re­sent all the footy clubs right across the state who week-in, week-out get be­hind lo­cal footy play­ers.”

The 12 clubs fea­tured on the lim­ited edi­tion XXXX State of Ori­gin cans and bot­tle caps in­clude the Quilpie Mag­pies, Univer­sity Saints – JCU, East­ern Suburbs Mag­pies, Emu Park Emus, Noosa Pi­rates, Souths Mackay Sharks, Lo­gan Broth­ers, Ather­ton Roost­ers, Nor­man­ton Stingers, Dalby Diehards, Eidsvold Ea­gles and Roma Cities Glad­i­a­tors.

Con­sumers will have the op­por­tu­nity to col­lect all 12 cans or caps with the XXXX State of Ori­gin lim­ited edi­tion packs avail­able in ma­jor liquor out­lets across Queens­land from early May, and through­out this year’s Ori­gin se­ries, while stocks last.

The cans are be­ing dis­trib­uted across the re­gion.
