NORTH Bur­nett man Scott Martin Eg­ger­ling was granted a re­stricted work li­cense at the Gayndah Mag­is­trates Court af­ter be­ing con­victed of drink driv­ing. Eg­ger­ling pleaded guilty to the charge from Fe­bru­ary 4 when po­lice recorded Eg­ger­ling hav­ing a blood al­co­hol con­tent of 0.053. Eg­ger­ling’s low read­ing was noted by the court and he was fined $350 and re­ceived a one month dis­qual­i­fi­ca­tion on his li­cense.
