RAIL TRAIL OF­FI­CIAL OPEN­ING SATUR­DAY JUNE 3

ALL aboard for a fun day of ac­tiv­i­ties to cel­e­brate the of­fi­cial open­ing of a fam­ily friendly tourist at­trac­tion in the North Bur­nett. From 10am un­til 5pm at the Gayn­dah Rail­way Sta­tion. Fam­ily Fun Day, Her­itage Wag­ons, Rail­way mem­o­ra­bilia, art dis­plays, bar­be­cue, li­censed bar and en­ter­tain­ment for all ages.

CAT­TLE DRIVE SATUR­DAY-SUN­DAY JUNE 3-4 MONTO cat­tle drive and trail ride starts at Roth’s yards on Roth’s Rd, on Satur­day at 7.30am driv­ing wean­ers from the yards to their pad­dock. Sun­day is a pic­turesque trail ride through Coom­linglah For­est and sur­round­ing ar­eas. Great food and en­ter­tain­ment for all par­tic­i­pants. THE Stan­ford Chronic Dis­ease Self-Man­age­ment Pro­gram starts at Biggen­den Blue Care Rooms at 1.30pm. This is a six-week free pro­gram de­signed to teach peo­ple how to bet­ter man­age chronic health con­di­tions and of­fer­ing sup­port to make changes.
