■ 10 GAYNDAH CUP RACE DAY

Come and have a lot of fun at the an­nual Gayndah race day. Cost is $15 per admission. This his­toric track is still in use to­day for gazetted race meet­ings.

The track is lo­cated at the far end of Arthur St, Gayndah. Free taxis are pro­vided to and from the town area. Come and join in the fun on a great day out and min­gle with the

■ 12 MUN­DUB­BERA SEA­SIDE

LUN­CHEON. The MCDA are host­ing the event which will be at the Bar­gara Golf Club. It in­volves a two-course roast lun­cheon. Cost is $15 per per­son and in­cludes a full day of en­ter­tain­ment.

The group will be stop­ping for a short half-hour stretch in Childers on the way there, and on the way back a short half-hour stay in Biggen­den. You can call up and see if there are any spare book­ings by phon­ing MCDA on 4165 4690.

Great En­deav­our Rally 2017 will be stop­ping over at the pub on Fri­day and leav­ing Satur­day morn­ing to their fi­nal stop in Her­vey Bay. Drop in and wel­come up to 200 rally par­tic­i­pants. There will be a live band in the evening and a

camp style meal. Pro­ceeds will go to lo­cal char­i­ties.
