Central and North Burnett Times - - WEEKEND -

DON’T like the taste of your tap water? Here’s what you can do to jazz it up:

Filter that

Try buying a jug with a filter or attaching one to your kitchen tap. Ask your plumber how.

Get fruity

Try adding fresh fruit slices such as lemon, lime or orange.

Add bubbles

Try adding soda water. You can also buy a machine that adds bubbles to your tap water to distract from the inherent flavour of the water.

Use juice

A splash of juice can add the citrus or sweet flavour without having bits of fruit floating in your beverage.

Drink tea

Try brewing some cranberry tea, or similar flavour, then place in the fridge for wholesome drinking water with a tasty twist.

Frozen flavour

Instead of freezing water for ice cubes try a different liquid to add to your tap water.
