HEARTLAND FESTIVAL FRIDAY - SUNDAY
FIRST event for Gayndah’s Heartland Festival Friday night from 7pm to midnight there will be food, art and entertainment at the Gayndah Art and Cultural Centre. Dine on platters created by My Kitchen Rules winners Dan and Steph. Watch Rhanni McCosker create one of her masterpieces and Jaz Slack with her fascinators and artwork. On Saturday at showgrounds from 10am to 4pm check out the stalls of all things made, grown and produced in the North Burnett. Admission gold coin. Fresh produce and flowers to art and live entertainment plus mouth-watering food stalls, wine and beer tasting. For the kids face painting, jumping castle, lego tent and sand pit. More on p12. Burnett Sub Chamber will hold its judging of Miss Showgirl, Rural Ambassador, Beaut utes and rich fruit cake at Teebar Hall.
