“It was a chance to celebrate together and the theme was ‘Celebrating You’,” Mrs Rowles said.

“The girls received personalised gifts and gorgeous flowers from both of our very talented florists.”

Mrs Rowles said all 16 of the staff that make up the Gayndah and Mundubbera Guardian Pharmacies were treated to a three-course meal that made for a beautiful night.

“It’s not often you can get that many inspiring, caring and beautiful people in one room,” Mrs Rowles said.

“We feel very lucky for what we have and the achievements we have all shared. We wanted to host this function in town to use the North Burnett’s best assets.

“We are locals supporting our community and other local businesses.”

Mrs Rowles also wanted to make special mention of her business partner and husband Graham on 26 years in the industry.

“He is the reason each of us have so many amazing opportunities,” Mrs Rowles said.

“He shared his passion of pharmacy all those years ago and has gently encouraged us all to never give up.

“Graham has shown us what is possible if we worked hard and why we do what we do, he has made most of us the people we are today.”

Mrs Rowles said all staff wanted to celebrate the achievements of Mr Rowles, affectionately known as “Big Boss” among the staff.

“It’s not what you have, it’s who you share it with,” Mrs Rowles said.
