Asking the question about Noah’s Ark

Central and North Burnett Times - - NEWS -

WAS Noah’s Ark real?

To some, the idea may sound like a fairytale, but to Rod Walsh, it’s the question he’s devoted his life to addressing.

On Sunday, July 23, Mr Walsh will bring his special ‘Ark Van’ to Monto for a talk on the mysteries of the ark legend.

Along with his wife Nancy, Mr Walsh has spent many years touring and displaying carefully constructed scale model arks, and claims to have gained an understanding that the seemingly impossible tale could have a factual basis.

He hopes to answer any questions about reconciling the teachings of creationism with modern scientific fact.

“Most people only get to hear one side of the story,” Mr Walsh said.

“I encourage everyone to hear for themselves why thousands of scientists across the world choose to believe in Creation.”

Mr Walsh’s talk, Noah's Ark—Deluge of Evidence will be presented at 10am Sunday July 23 at the Monto Community Hall Function Room.
