Lo­cal agency’s a win­ner

FIRST Na­tional Real Es­tate Childers re­ceived a Gen­eral Ex­cel­lence and Mar­ket­ing Award at the na­tional con­ven­tion of First Na­tional Real Es­tate in Fiji in May.

The gala evening cel­e­brated the sparkling real es­tate per­for­mances of its agents in the past year from through­out Aus­tralia, which ac­cord­ing to Phil Dowl­ing, prin­ci­pal of First Na­tional Real Es­tate Childers,

pre­sented a range of chal­lenges for the pro­fes­sion.

“The past year has pre­sented some unique chal­lenges, but our agency’s staff were still able to de­liver ser­vice beyond cus­tomer ex­pec­ta­tions and were kept ex­tremely busy, prov­ing that good sys­tems and hard work pay off,” Mr Dowl­ing said.

Mr Dowl­ing said the First Na­tional Real Es­tate GEM Awards were an im­por­tant event as they pre­sented an op­por­tu­nity for mem­bers to come to­gether and cel­e­brate their achieve­ments, as well as learn about the sys­tems and pro­cesses that en­abled their First Na­tional col­leagues to per­form to the high­est of stan­dards.
