Darts play­ers are al­ways wel­come

DARTS: The Biggen­den Darts As­so­ci­a­tion has been strug­gling for play­ers this sea­son, with an­other team for­feit­ing at last week’s games.

Crash n Burn scored full points when Bull-shoot­ers for­feited their Biggen­den So­cial Darts Club match last Thurs­day night at the Com­mer­cial Ho­tel.

In other games played that night, The A Team de­feated Pal­ladins 5-2, Ru­grats de­feated Be­gin­ners 5-2 and All­sorts de­feated Out­siders 4-3.

Some play­ers man­aged to score quite highly in the darts com­pe­ti­tion, scor­ing 100 points and more in a sin­gle set.

Ge­off Dun­can at 131 and Carol Porter at 125 were the high­est scor­ers for the night.

Other play­ers with the high­est tons: Corey McIntyre two and Ash­leigh Porter one.

High­est peg out: Gra­ham Hen­ningsen 99 and Co­ral Seng­stock 44.

Most peg outs: Ray­mond McIntyre two and Mel See­hars five.

The Biggen­den Darts As­so­ci­a­tion meets ev­ery Thurs­day at 7.30pm at the Com­mer­cial Ho­tel.

New play­ers are al­ways wel­come to join.
