A YARDING of 2560 head was presented at Gracemere on Friday.
The yarding comprised of 1264 steers, 800 heifers, 363 cows, 96 x 96 cows and calves and 17 bulls.
Cattle were drawn from all local areas, the Clermont district and several lines of store cattle from Collinsville and Mackay.
All regular buyers were present, along with some new orders following the widespread rain across the region.
The market for all descriptions remained firm to dearer.
Prime cattle showed the most significant gains.
