Hawaiian-themed luncheon hits the spot
Aged care raffles
THE ladies in the aged care second-hand store have held a raffle for Capricorn rescue.
The ladies have raised $450 for the rescue group. Well done.
Auda Maclean hit
WHAT a great article the Graziher magazine did on local artist Auda Maclean.
The Graziher is a magazine with the editor being Claire Dunne form Duaringa and there are some great articles and photos.
Some of Auda’s artworks are featured and of course Baralaba and surrounds are always a favourite for Auda.
Well done Auda.
St Paddy’s Day
THE hotel is celebrating St Patrick’s day with a family oriented night planned at the pub.
All families are welcome to join in and don’t forget to wear the green, next Friday, March 17.
THE Baralaba Fish Stocking Group released 14,500 yellow belly fingerlings at the local picnic area on February 26, with the help of its junior anglers.
Our fish for the future thank you all.
Please note Baralaba’s fishing competition is September 9 and 10.
