PANTHERS CUBS Rugby League Football Club’s canteen on Rainbow St was broken into sometime from September 1 –9. Thieves broke in through the roller doors and stole an iPad, fillet steaks, lollies and a large quantity of spirits.
Between 2pm on September 7 and 6am on September 9, thieves attempted to break into the cash box at the council’s wash-down bay on Quarry Rd.
A TOYOTA LandCruiser with personalised number plates 996 MAD, which was parked on Bell St, was stolen between the hours of 2.30pm on September 9 and 8am September 10. Anyone with information on any of these incidents is encouraged to phone the Biloela Police Station on 4992 2333 or Crime Stoppers on

A 20-YEAR-OLD Biloela man was caught by police travelling 120kmh in a 70kmh zone. Police intercepted a Nissan Silvia on the Dawson Hwy at Biloela on September 9 at 11.47pm.
The man was issued a $1177 infringement notice for travelling 50km over the speed limit and a six-month licence suspension. Biloela Police officer-incharge Senior Sergeant Nick Paton warned drivers to watch their speed.
“This is a reminder to people anything over 40kmh receives a penalty such as that and a licence suspension for six months,” he said. “Take your time, make sure you get there. “Every ‘k’ over is a killer.”
