Family drops in for visit

WELL, the last four months of the year have started to wear their way down to Christmas Day, but we have lots to do before arrival.

Jambin QCW are intending to hold a cent sale and fashion parade in September – more closer to the time.

I recently had a visit from my son Richard and his wife Dorothy from Maryvale Springs. So far the dry weather hasn’t really worried them yet, but who knows what is in the near future.

While here they brought me a lovely bunch of yellow daffodils which was much appreciated.

My son Peter and his wife Margaret are touring around Australia. Their family has virtually all grown up. My daughter Fiona and her husband Eddie’s two sons Aidan and Zachary are still doing courses and keeping relatively busy as do their mum and dad.

Get well wishes to Grace Setter and anyone else on the not-so-well list.
