Dead­line looms for scholarships

THE ap­pli­ca­tion dead­line for Ori­gin En­ergy’s Com­mu­nity Skills Scholarships for 2014 is fast ap­proach­ing.

If you are en­rolled and em­ployed as a first-year ap­pren­tice, are 15 years or older and live in the Western Downs, Maranoa or Banana Shire coun­cil ar­eas, you may be el­i­gi­ble for an Ori­gin Com­mu­nity Skills Schol­ar­ship worth up to $13,500, sub­ject to taxation.

Ap­pli­ca­tions can be sent via fax, email or post, and must be re­ceived by 5pm, Mon­day.
