Chinchilla News - - LIFE -

HAVE you got a house full of energetic children this school holidays?

Make the most of their bounce by taking advantage of kids’ fitness activities planned in Chinchilla during the winter break.

Max Fitness Chinchilla will host all high school students free in the first week of the holidays.

Students need to head to the gym within staffed hours and show their student ID for entry.

For the youngsters, local fitness guru and the owner of Healthy U, Amanda Bell, has announced her first Kids on the Move Fitness Club classes for those aged 3–5 years and 6-9 years.

Qualified in kids’ bootcamp instruction and outdoor group fitness, Miss Bell will have your children out of breath in no time.

“It might seem like there are a lot of games being played but they are learning-based games,” she said.

“These sessions are game-based and learning-based so the kids get much more out of them than just a fun time.”

Spaces in Kids on the Move are limited to 10 children for each $10 class and classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in the school holidays. For information or to book, phone Amanda on 0406 769 213.

For free holiday fun, local swimming pools will be open for those willing to brave the cold.
