James Wilson’s Mk1 Fiesta Featured: September 2016
There’s a lot to like about James’ Fiesta Quartz, but it’s the interior that really stands out for us. Rather than ditch the factory-fitted brown dash and trim for his street and strip project as you’d expect him to, James ran with the colour scheme, adding custom-trimmed ’70s Porsche-style RS seats in two-tone brown and with black cord centres — a lovely and period-correct touch. Add a Springalex wheel (what else?), classic pod-mountedTIM tacho and a couple of extra gauges mounted under the dash, and you’ve got an interior to match the rest of the car’s show-andgo credentials.
