CATER­ING for Kinder­garten to Year 12, Di­vine Mercy Col­lege pro­vides a well bal­anced Catholic based cur­ricu­lum fo­cus­ing on aca­demic, spir­i­tual, phys­i­cal and moral val­ues.

With a fo­cus to give all stu­dents the best pos­si­ble op­por­tu­ni­ties for their fu­ture, the col­lege of­fers in­ten­sive English sup­port for stu­dents with English as a Sec­ond Lan­guage (ESL) as well as a mul­ti­cul­tural and in­ter­na­tion­ally ex­pe­ri­enced staff group.

At Di­vine Mercy Col­lege the use of ex­clu­sive spe­cial­ist teach­ing pro­vides a more rig­or­ous ap­proach to ed­u­ca­tion.

In the re­cent Na­tional As­sess­ment Pro­gram for Lit­er­acy and Nu­mer­acy (NAPLAN), the col­lege’s Year 3, Year 5, Year 7 and Year 9 stu­dents per­formed above av­er­age for all Aus­tralian schools in many ar­eas of test­ing, in­clud­ing spell­ing, gram­mar and punc­tu­a­tion, read­ing, writ­ing and nu­mer­acy.

Fol­low­ing the West Aus­tralian Cur­ricu­lum, Di­vine Mercy be­lieves ev­ery child is a val­ued mem­ber of the school’s com­mu­nity and de­serves the very best in all ar­eas of hu­man devel­op­ment.
