SIT­U­ATED in Bea­cons­field, Christ the King Catholic Pri­mary School houses an in­no­va­tive Early Child­hood Cen­tre cater­ing for chil­dren in their early years of learn­ing.

The cen­tre has been recog­nised for its ex­cel­lent play­based cur­ricu­lum which im­ple­ments the Early Years Learn­ing Frame­work, Na­tional Qual­ity Stan­dards and the Aus­tralian Cur­ricu­lum.

Chil­dren are nur­tured and val­ued as in­di­vid­u­als and ex­pe­ri­enced ed­u­ca­tors re­spond to chil­dren’s in­ter­ests.

The school also has a Spe­cial Ed­u­ca­tion Unit for spe­cial needs chil­dren and spe­cial­ist teach­ers in the arts, li­brary and phys­i­cal ed­u­ca­tion.

From Pre Pri­mary, chil­dren are also taught a sec­ond lan­guage through a spe­cial­ist teacher.

Prospec­tive par­ents are in­vited to at­tend the open night on Wed­nes­day, Septem­ber 6, at 5.30pm, for a tour of the com­pre­hen­sive fa­cil­i­ties cater­ing for three-year-olds up to Year 6.
