New menu in Stable Hands

Cockburn Gazette - - NEWS -

STABLE Hands has opened its doors again.

The venue was forced to close for several months after structural issues with an adjoining building during construction.

Owner Phillip Arnold, along with head chef Reece Lardi, has developed a new menu.

“It’s Mediterranean but not as you know it; the kitchen has used a balance of new world and classic European cooking techniques, taking peasantstyle food and refining it,” he said.

“Spanning to the northern African reaches of the Mediterranean, the menu also incorporates some of the lesser-known flavours from the region.”

“Whether it’s a drink with friends or enjoying our sharestyle dining, we want to bring people together to enjoy this beautiful heritage building once again.”
