Collective Hub - - LETTERBOX -

I’m reaching out as I’ve enjoyed reading countless editions of Collective Hub, which did exactly what your magazine set out to do; it ignited my imagination to do business differently. It gave me inspiration and courage to take that first leap and start RLYIN. It’s a readyto-wear fashion label with a clear purpose to design statement separates (primarily from the waist down) that are effortless, functional, luxurious and trans-seasonal – I think you’d love them! The Collective Hub voices real issues and gives me validation that mistakes will be made but the importance is to learn from them and power on. There have been numerous times I wanted to give up, but your magazine gave me confidence.

Sometimes the most simple of reminders can refuel a fire inside that you thought had extinguished. I’ve spent the last few months so focused on the money aspect of my start-up that I’d lost sight of my purpose. I opened your magazine tonight looking forward to a great read, but didn’t expect that I’d only get through 10 pages before reaching a quote [from Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh] that would be a gamechanger for me: ‘Chase the vision, not the money.’ I dropped the magazine and suddenly it all made sense. I’m feeling so inspired and passionate again. I can now connect the dots and have so much confidence in my vision. I know the rest will come. Collective Hub, THANK YOU!

Kira Smith

P.S. The quote is now stuck up on my bathroom mirror as a daily reminder!
