Clubs sought to make pavilion new home
THE City of Armadale is seeking sports clubs interested in making the Harrisdale Pavilion and Playing Field their new home.
The pavilion and playing field is between Harrisdale Primary and Secondary School on Gracefield Boulevard and cost $8 million to build.
It is the first of nine facilities in Armadale where a shared use partnership between the City of Armadale and the State Government will allow the public to use school sites.
Winter tenants will be restricted to sports that use rectangular fields due to the lighting infrastructure. Clubs and groups seeking to enjoy the new venue should submit a registration of interest to the City of Armadale.
