Tech centre set to take students into the future
CECIL Andrews College opened its $4.5 million STEM centre on February 16.
Including a lecture theatre, engineering studio and science laboratory kitted out with the latest technology, the centre will be for students and teachers to learn about coding, robotics and 3D printing.
CAC is a teacher development school, helping teachers keep up with the latest in STEM knowledge and resources for curriculum design for years 7 to 10.
The STEM centre will help Cecil’s 650 students, from years 7 to 12, with problem-solving skills.
