DEVELOPER HITS PRICE SWEET SPOT

Comment News (Gosnells) - - RESIDENTIAL -

DEVELOPER Stockland is offering new homes in Perth’s southeast for less than $330,000.

House and land packages with three bedrooms at Sienna Wood in Hilbert and Newhaven in Piara Waters start from $298,000 and $343,095 respectively.

Stockland WA general manager Col Dutton said both communities were popular with families and first-home buyers because they offered great value for money.

“Residents in Sienna Wood and Newhaven enjoy a great lifestyle living in contemporary, stylish homes, with a wealth of amenities on their doorstep,” he said.

“It’s no surprise that these communities have proven popular with first-home buyers and families and we encourage anyone thinking of buying in either community to take advantage of our attractive house and land packages.”

Buyers who qualify for the First Home Owner Grant receive $15,000 off the purchase price.

Mr Dutton said record low interest rates and a $20,000 income limit increase for Keystart Home Loans made it an ideal time to build.
