POWER BROOKS COMMUNITY FITNESS AND WELLBEING
DEDICATED to promoting health and wellbeing, Power Brooks Community Fitness endeavours to create a community environment where people of all shapes and sizes can come together to enjoy physical fitness activities under the supervision of a fully qualified trainer.
Programs include group classes such as fat blaster workout, functional training, bigger stronger workout, indoor and outdoor boot camps, mums and bubs classes, yoga and seniorfit classes.
Individual sessions include personal training, private consults, body analysis and measurements, tailored take home workout programs, personal nutritional coaching programs and postural analysis.
All group fitness classes run for 45 minutes and only cost $10 per person or pay in advance for five classes and get one free. Or try the $50 package of one half-hour personal training session and two group fitness classes, save $10.
Classes are held at Thornlie Football Club, on Berehaven Avenue, and Fitzpatrick’s Sports Centre, 1860 Albany Highway, Maddington.
