DED­I­CATED to pro­mot­ing health and well­be­ing, Power Brooks Com­mu­nity Fit­ness en­deav­ours to cre­ate a com­mu­nity en­vi­ron­ment where peo­ple of all shapes and sizes can come to­gether to en­joy phys­i­cal fit­ness ac­tiv­i­ties un­der the su­per­vi­sion of a fully qual­i­fied trainer.

Pro­grams in­clude group classes such as fat blaster work­out, func­tional train­ing, big­ger stronger work­out, in­door and out­door boot camps, mums and bubs classes, yoga and se­nior­fit classes.

In­di­vid­ual ses­sions in­clude per­sonal train­ing, pri­vate con­sults, body anal­y­sis and mea­sure­ments, tai­lored take home work­out pro­grams, per­sonal nu­tri­tional coach­ing pro­grams and pos­tural anal­y­sis.

All group fit­ness classes run for 45 min­utes and only cost $10 per per­son or pay in ad­vance for five classes and get one free. Or try the $50 pack­age of one half-hour per­sonal train­ing ses­sion and two group fit­ness classes, save $10.

Classes are held at Thorn­lie Foot­ball Club, on Bere­haven Av­enue, and Fitz­patrick’s Sports Cen­tre, 1860 Al­bany High­way, Madding­ton.
