TWO local primary schools have marked a decade of waterwise decisions, having celebrated 10 years of participation in the Water Corporation’s Waterwise Schools Program.

Beckenham Primary School and Campbell Primary School have both reached 10 years of commitment to the program, which has seen teachers educate students about the need to value, protect and conserve water resources.

Campbell Primary School’s Waterwise Co-ordinator Maxine Wylie said the school had continually stressed the importance of water conservation to its students.
