Ad­ven­ture gear man­u­fac­turer Never Let Go com­mis­sioned Nor­we­gian stu­dio Hey Days to per­form a full re­brand and strate­gic site re­design. With so many as­pects to ac­count for the bud­get, the pro­ject needed to be care­fully han­dled: “It’s im­por­tant to get the bal­ance as right as pos­si­ble – es­ti­mat­ing too few hours could be a dis­as­ter,” says Lars Kjel­snes, de­signer and part­ner at the stu­dio. “In most cases we set a bud­get be­fore apitch stage, as we want to be clear that we see eye to eye on the fi­nan­cial bit be­fore we do any work.”
