The $17/month Noiiz subscription sample library continues to grow with the addition of this drumsand percussion-led (192 loops) downtempo hip-hop pack, also including a decent showing of synth basses, leads and pads (59 samples). A well-pitched found sound influence shines through, and the mood is low-key but funky throughout.
