It can be prepped ahead of time so all you have to do is pull it out of the freezer for an im­promptu af­ter­noon of cock­tails. We love Chateau May­landie Pres­tige Les Amies, $22. Pour your rosé into an ice-cube tray and leave to freeze for 6-8 hours. Once frozen, blend with half a pun­net of straw­ber­ries and a ta­ble­spoon of su­gar or ste­via.
