Plan a feast to remember (and if you can wrangle a menu taste-test then even better!)
1 Do we work off a pre-set menu or can we create a custom menu? 2 Can we have a taste-testing trial, and what would the fee be?
3 Where does the food come from and do I have the choice to serve organically/ locally sourced food? 4 What can you do for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions? 5 Is the food prepared on-site or will it be brought in already prepared? 6 Do you provide alcoholic beverages and bartenders? What brands of alcohol will be served on the night? 7 Can you accommodate any specialty cocktail requests? 8 Is there a corkage fee if we provide our own wine? 9 What other dessert items are there on offer if I decide not to serve cake? 10 Is there a cake-cutting fee if we use an outside cake designer?
