ALONGSIDE Country Style editor-in-chief Victoria Carey, chef and restaurateur Annie Smithers is inviting readers to celebrate the launch of her new book, Annie’s Farmhouse Kitchen, at her restaurant, Du Fermier, in Victoria. Following the sellout of the lunch event, a three-course dinner has been announced, showcasing one of the autumn menus from the book. “The book has 16 French farmhouse-style menus from the restaurant, with beautiful watercolour illustrations by Robin Cowcher,” says Annie.
