Sydney-based Anthia has been a natur­opath and herbal­ist for more than 25 years, and is the founder of Ovvio Or­gan­ics, which pro­duces a range of teas, and herb and spice blends. In our spring is­sue, Anthia shares prac­ti­cal tips for man­ag­ing stress in order to avoid burnout. “In spring we’re head­ing to­wards the end of the year, where I start to feel the burn of hard work,” she says. “It’s the time I re­visit my work-life goals and re­bal­ance.” A city dweller, Anthia says she es­capes the ur­ban grind by head­ing to Cul­burra Beach on the NSW South Coast. “My dog­gies can run up and down the long stretch of sand, and the day and night skies look like Van Gogh paint­ings. Ut­ter bliss.”
