Sydney-based Anthia has been a naturopath and herbalist for more than 25 years, and is the founder of Ovvio Organics, which produces a range of teas, and herb and spice blends. In our spring issue, Anthia shares practical tips for managing stress in order to avoid burnout. “In spring we’re heading towards the end of the year, where I start to feel the burn of hard work,” she says. “It’s the time I revisit my work-life goals and rebalance.” A city dweller, Anthia says she escapes the urban grind by heading to Culburra Beach on the NSW South Coast. “My doggies can run up and down the long stretch of sand, and the day and night skies look like Van Gogh paintings. Utter bliss.”
