Welding gear for optimum performance
FOUNDED in 1993, Arc-i Welding Industries is committed to providing quality welding equipment, as well as support and expert advice on the products and services it provides, gained from many years of experience in the welding industry.
The products that Arc-i Welding Industries sells are selected to ensure that they meet the companys criteria of performance, versatility and reliability, as well as availability of spare parts from the manufacturers.
There isnt a single product in the showroom that Arc-i Welding Industries would not use itself. In 2004 Arc-I Welding Industries joined forces with BOC to become a major supplier of BOC Gases in Perth.
Its specialised delivery vehicle has been fitted with a lift-off gas cylinder cage that holds up to 16 G-sized cylinders and can be lifted from the vehicle via an overhead crane or forklift to enable easy, safe handling of gas cylinders on building sites and in customer workshops.
In 2017, Arc-i Welding Industries merged with Osborne Park Welding Supplies to create a welding superstore with a large showroom and more than 4000 product lines on offer located in the heart of Osborne Park. The showroom stocks a large selection of equipment including welding machines, plasma cutters, gas equipment, consumables, spare parts and safety gear. As part of the team Solid State Welder repairs offers warranty repairs and servicing of welding equipment with many years of experience. One product in Arc-I Welding Industries range are the Hypertherm Plasma systems which provide a level of versatility beyond the standard plasma cutter via the range of different cutting heads available across the range. The patented geometry of FlushCut consumables places the plasma arc in the ideal location for flush removals when compared to the arc delivery of a standard plasma cutting process.
Material can be removed flush from the working surface in one operation.
HyAccess extended reach consumables give users extra reach when plasma cutting or gouging in hard-to-access or combined spaces, and are designed for use with Powermax air plasma systems.
They extend about 76 millimetres longer than standard consumables and have a very narrow tip, providing better visibility and accessibility.
