AmaWa­ter­ways, which part­ners with APT in Aus­tralia, is now of­fer­ing des­ig­nated well­ness cruises on six of its ships. The itin­er­ary is led by a well­ness host and in­cludes morn­ing stretches, jog­ging, yoga, car­dio, core strength­en­ing, re­sis­tance-band classes and cir­cuit train­ing. As well as ex­er­cise, the pro­gram of­fers healthy food op­tions in­clud­ing gluten-free, low-sodium and veg­e­tar­ian meals.
