HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CHAINRINGS

INGREDIENT­S

• 500g 2 per cent fat turkey mince • 2 cloves garlic • 2 tins chopped tomatoes • 1 tin kidney beans • 1 onion • 1tbsp olive oil • 1tbsp tomato puree • 2tbsp Worcesters­hire sauce • 1tsp chilli, smoked paprika and

dried basil • Salt and pepper to season

METHOD

Heat the oil in a pan. Crush the garlic and add to the oil.

Chop the onion and add to the pan. Cook until golden.

Add the turkey mince and cook through. Add the remaining ingredient­s.

Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with rice or cauliflowe­r rice.
