Captain Underpants (Sensory Movie Day) September 17 at 11am, BCC Cinemas

George Beard and Harold Hutchins are two overly imaginative pranksters who spend hours in a tree house creating comic books.

When their mean principal threatens to separate them into different classes, the mischievous boys accidentally hypnotise him into thinking that he’s a ridiculously enthusiastic, incredibly dimwitted superhero named Captain Underpants.

Sensory Movie Day is for families with Special Needs. Children are free to roam around the cinema and be themselves. The lights are left on dim and volume adjusted. Tickets are available at the cinema for $6. Children under 2 years are free.

BCC Cinemas also has a range of movies these school holidays including The Lego Ninjago Movie, The Emoji Movie and Rip Tide.
