New tunes to rock the Sugar City

MACKAY rev­ellers hang­ing out for Sugar City Sounds 2018 will be treated to new ma­te­rial from both The Liv­ing End and Birds of Tokyo.

From Ber­lin to BB Print Sta­dium Mackay, The Liv­ing End are re­turn­ing from Europe with a new al­bum fea­tur­ing songs writ­ten in the Ger­man cap­i­tal.

Birds of Tokyo also have some new ma­te­rial ready to roll out, teased Mackay Re­gional Coun­cil.

Pete Mur­ray will be per­form­ing tracks from his new al­bum Ca­ma­cho, which was re­leased in June last year.

Mayor Greg Wil­liamson said the Sugar City Sounds event on Satur­day, Septem­ber 22 couldn’t have come at a bet­ter time for mu­sic fans.
