Bell Show Ball

IF YOU’RE keen to cut foot­loose this week­end, get to the Bell Show Ball tonight and en­joy the danc­ing, live en­ter­tain­ment and bar un­til late.

The ball will be at the Bell Memo­rial Hall and doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Cost is $10 for adults and $4 for chil­dren.

FROM now un­til Sun­day, you can test your skills at melon skiing, bust a move in the melon rodeo, or eat your body­weight in the fes­ti­val feast at the Chin­chilla Melon Fes­ti­val.

Live coun­try music

ON SUN­DAY night, head to the Dalby Coun­try Music Club’s monthly so­cial for some live music be­tween 1-5pm at the Dalby Se­nior Cit­i­zens Cen­tre.

It’s an all-ages event and they’re al­ways look­ing for new tal­ent.

Cost is $5 per per­son over school age with lucky door prize and raf­fles, and af­ter­noon tea is pro­vided.

THIS week at the Dalby cinema, join Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone in the mu­si­cal drama-ro­mance La La Land, show­ing tonight at 6.30pm, Satur­day at 1pm and 5.45pm and Sun­day at 2pm.

Ro­mance-drama Fifty Shades Darker will also be show­ing tonight at 9pm, Satur­day at 3.30pm and 8.15pm, and Sun­day at 4.30pm.
