¼ cup rolled oats
125ml low-fat milk
1⁄ cup low-fat yogurt
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional) 1 small apple, grated
½ cup strawberries, chopped
Combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, cinnamon (if using) and grated apple in a container or jar. Top with chopped strawberries. Seal container or jar and refrigerate overnight. Your oats will be ready to eat straight from the fridge in the morning.
You can leave the strawberries off overnight, heat your oat mixture in the morning, then top with the strawberries if you prefer warm oats.
