Overnight oats

¼ cup rolled oats

125ml low-fat milk

1⁄ cup low-fat yogurt


1 pinch of cin­na­mon (op­tional) 1 small ap­ple, grated

½ cup straw­ber­ries, chopped


Com­bine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, cin­na­mon (if us­ing) and grated ap­ple in a con­tainer or jar. Top with chopped straw­ber­ries. Seal con­tainer or jar and re­frig­er­ate overnight. Your oats will be ready to eat straight from the fridge in the morn­ing.

You can leave the straw­ber­ries off overnight, heat your oat mix­ture in the morn­ing, then top with the straw­ber­ries if you pre­fer warm oats.
