Join in our town’s epic cel­e­bra­tion on Thurs­day

DALBY will come to a stand­still on Thurs­day af­ter­noon to ac­knowl­edge the town’s sport­ing teams who have achieved the ul­ti­mate suc­cess in 2017.

Dalby’s Cham­pi­ons Ticker Tape Pa­rade is be­ing or­gan­ised by the Dalby Cham­ber of Com­merce and is sup­ported by the Western Downs Re­gional Coun­cil.

The event will start at 5.30pm in Bell Park, and the pa­rade will travel down Cun­ning­ham St be­fore a pre­sen­ta­tion is held at the in­ter­sec­tion of Archibald St by Mayor Paul McVeigh and Dalby Cham­ber of Com­merce pres­i­dent Ro­han May.

The pa­rade will in­clude a march­ing band, con­fetti, streamer ma­chine, clas­sic cars and much more.

Ev­ery­one is en­cour­aged to at­tend and wear their club colours while cheer­ing on our premier­ship win­ners.

Cun­ning­ham St will be closed from 4pm un­til 8pm be­tween Bell Park and Archibald St to al­low for prepa­ra­tions and clean­ing up.
