AFRICA is rich and di­verse in land­scape, cli­mate, cul­ture and cui­sine. Fol­low Reza Ma­ham­mad on a culi­nary ad­ven­ture as he dis­cov­ers the di­verse cui­sine of sub-Sa­ha­ran Africa.

On his trav­els through Namibia, Zam­bia, Botswana, South Africa and Zanz­ibar, Reza meets ex­traor­di­nary peo­ple with fas­ci­nat­ing sto­ries and de­li­cious food to share.

From the coast to the moun­tains, and the bushveld to the bustling cities, Reza finds hid­den culi­nary gems at ev­ery turn. Back in his own breath-tak­ing African kitchen, Reza uses his trav­els as in­spi­ra­tion to cre­ate his own de­li­cious dishes with a spicy In­dian twist.

This week, some lo­cals treat Reza to a meal made en­tirely of in­gre­di­ents sourced from the Zam­bezi River.
