Six month suspension
A PROVISIONAL licence holder who had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol for an open licence in his system has been suspended from driving.
Zachary Joseph Gleeson pleaded guilty in the Dalby Magistrates Court on Tuesday to one count of drink driving and one count of failing to produce his provisional drivers licence.
The court heard Gleeson had a alcohol reading of 0.129 when he was pulled over on New St, Dalby on September 22.
Gleeson was fined $350 in addition to his six month suspension.
