What time is the new Customer Service Centre open?

The Customer Service Centre is open from 8.30am to 5pm five days a week, excluding public holidays.

You can also contact our Customer Service team on (03) 5898 3000 or via email at council@edwardrive­r.nsw.gov.au.

If you need to report a problem or request a Council service outside of business hours, you can still use our after-hours service on (03) 5898 3000.

There is laneway access to Cressy St from Civic Place, between the Globe Hotel and the Estates building, so while you won’t be able to access Council’s building on Civic Place, you are still able to park along Civic Place and McFaull Park and walk to the new Customer Service Centre at 180 Cressy St. Where will Council meetings be held? All meetings of Edward River Council will now be held at the Council Chambers located in our Customer Service Centre at 180 Cressy St. The Council Chambers is located on your left as you enter our Customer Service Centre, and is accessible to wheelchair users and those with prams.
