Motiv8 opens new centre
Motiv8 Health and Fitness Centre has relocated. And with brand-new equipment and premier facilities, the dedicated team can help you put the hard work in to achieve the results you want.
The Deniliquin business — which was formerly located in End St — held an open day for its new health centre on Monday, with a lot of locals attending to peruse the new facilities.
After six weeks of renovations the Motiv8 team made the move into the Wellington St centre just over a week ago, and gym owner Hope Spalding said the open day was a no-pressure opportunity for people to meet the trainers and try out the new equipment.
‘‘The centre has a new and improved weights area with brand new, top of the range equipment throughout,’’ she said.
‘‘At the open day, people had a go at the equipment and our team members showed people how to use them using the correct form.
‘‘We had all different types of people come in, from our regulars to others who are new to the fitness scene and just wanted to have a look at the facilities and try out some of the equipment.
‘‘We also had someone doing body composition scans, which are a great tool to track progress.’’
As well as state of the art facilities, Motiv8 also has a revamped group fitness timetable, and classes will be held at the ACTIV8 Health & Rehab Clinic just down the lane.
Although members have gym access 24/7, staffing hours have changed.
Motiv8 instructors trainers will be and available Monday to Friday, from 7am to 1.30pm and from 3.30pm to 7pm.
On Saturdays, they will be onhand from 9am to noon.
