Think­ing ‘pink’ for char­ity brekkie

A de­li­cious break­fast was served es­pe­cially on a Satur­day morn­ing at the De­niliquin RSL Club to raise money for breast can­cer nurses and ed­u­ca­tion.

The De­niliquin Sorop­ti­mist Club’s 10th an­nual Pink break­fast was at­tended by 75 peo­ple, who were all in the run­ning to win one of 18 raf­fle prizes which had been do­nated.

The break­fast was shared over some great laughs, with prizes for the best dressed to the theme ‘Think Pink’.

The morn­ing also in­cluded a pre­sen­ta­tion from men­tal health coun­sel­lor Lourene Lieben­berg on deal­ing with a di­ag­no­sis.
