Se­nior fut­sal kicked off at the sta­dium on Thurs­day night last week.

Team 1 took on Lieft­ing Con­struc­tions in a close match.

A hard fought first half ended 3-all with goals from new re­cruits Aaron Piercy, Richard Alpen and Zac Why­born.

Team 1 took an early lead in the sec­ond half but some well crafted team­work saw Lieft­ings take the lead with only 30 sec­onds to spare. Fi­nal score 6-5.

Ex­change played Logic Box with no­table per­for­mances from TK Naidoo, Mark Plant and Brody Flight.

Noth­ing could split the sides at full time, with the score 4-all.

Goals were shared be­tween Sam Mar­shall, An­drew Brain, Ja­cob Hird, Sean Geary and Matt Song.

In the fi­nal match Flem­ing Part­ners ham­mered John James Elec­tri­cal 9-2.

Vet­eran Aaron Roys­ton started strong with four goals and new re­cruit Luke Freer net­ted a hat-trick.
